Load that ship up with Somali fraudsters, their handlers, and the politicians who aided and abetted them.

Make a deal with any tanker captains - "You're free to pass but must take a full load of illegal alien invaders back with you. You're welcome to drop them off in any country outside the Western Hemisphere, but they can't stay here. We'll give you double credit if you dump them in England."
