I don’t know how this works because it is the SCOTUS decision called Printz v USA, I think, that allows it.

In other words, that decision says that cities do not need to use their resources t help[ the federal government. It has to do with “commandeering”.

So the law might say sanctuary cities are not allowed, but unless SCOTUS overturns that decision or more narrowly defines it, then how does this work?
