There’s still something missing about Prettiboy’s basic condition. He had to be hopped up on something in both cases. In terms of hand-to-hand combat or basic fighting the guy had a zero skill set. In each case as soon as he got irritated he just went spastic, throwing arms, kicking, gyrating in every direction. Who clearly thinks kicking a tail light will win the argument? Maybe an autopsy will give some chemistry dope?
A loose cannon, beyond any doubt. I discussed this situation with my son, a long time experienced RN; he agreed that nobody with a broken rib could physically do the movements and fights that Pretti was doing. Two explanations come to me; either his rib was not broken (fractured, bruised) which leads to the second explanation: he was totally blasted on drugs.
Since some medico confirmed that Pretti had been treated for a broken rib, perhaps the two explanations merge into one; Pretti had a damaged rib and scored some serious pain meds due to his nurse position - or he had been using the myth of a broken rib while a colleague helped him obtain some serious narcotics.
I don't mean to beat this to death, but Pretti was clearly way out of bounds somehow. Surely fellow colleagues at the VA had noticed that he was not 'normal'. His parents had to be making excuses wholesale. Drugs would explain a lot!
