Does wisdom need to be legislated? Any trained concealed carry just knows this. Pretti chose an aggressive confrontation with enforcement without revealing he was carrying. The outcome is not sure but it is predictable.
I don’t have to tell them in my state either, unless asked.
If I show him my CCL, that let’s them know I am carrying.
