I don’t agree with Datarepublican that the “Weffers” are not political. They work very hard behind the scenes to make sure their preferred candidates in the countries they meddle in get elected in order for their visions for the world and the future to be executed by faithful foot soldiers. They pretend that they’re above politics, but they’re the most political creatures on the planet.
I mostly agree. I think there are some top-tier movers/shakers, who act as puppeteers towards a lot of the top politicians.
A lot of other people are the mindless hangers-on, repeating slogans like sheep.
Ironically enough, though, it appears some of the financial backers (*cough* the son of George Sore-Ass *cough*) have trouble stringing coherent sentences together, to the point that they sound like “Arrec Barrwin” in the climactic scene of “Team America”.
