Tonight, a pair of head scratching videos. The first is Pete Buttigieg - he's trying to lead...I dunno...'the resistance', apparently via encouragement. He seems psychologically defeated and desperate - and may even been a 'guest' at a location he did not choose for himself. His manner is like one crouching behind rocks to hide. SOmething off in his manner - haunted. Just my 2 cents.

Then Mark Carney's 15 minute video. Canada is one of Ukraine's largest per capita supporters. Ukraine isn't doing to well these days, if Canada is among their per capita largest donors! He talks of different coalitions for different subjects - sounds messy. "Coalition of the willing" etc. He says the middle powers must act together because if they are not at the table, they're on the menu. I would say Canada is not a middle power. He's talking up Canada's impressive economy etc.

Both Carney and Buttigieg seem to be talking about dystopian crisis - and how to overcome it.

President Trump has picked up their Etch-a-Sketch and shaken it too hard for them to recover their footing. And this is their 'proud' stance of the underdog, overcoming the abuses of power when the rules no longer apply (*hint* *hint*).
