He went to Immediate Care, was diagnosed with the flu, and they sent him on his way without a breathing treatment.

So now we’re in ER and he’s getting relief.

There was NO HEAT in the ER waiting room except for a small space heater. The room is next to the sliding doors, and it’s-10 degrees outside. UNBELIEVEABLE!

❓ Did they know he had COPD? Sounds irresponsible on the face of it. With any new medical contact, always make sure that they know that he has COPD!

Also did they place a blood oxygen sensor clip on his finger? A 'Normal' reading - 93-98 - might excuse no breathing treatment offered.
