👌🤠Thank you, ponygirl; some good suggestions, a good bit of preparation involved, but good nonetheless. 'Preparations' is always a bit of a hurdle for me, who somewhat carefully marshals my time at my age, but looks worthwhile. This may be a necessary project right now...
2 handfuls fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder (no sugar)
1/2 small avocado (or 1/4 if a large avocado)
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 heaping tablespoon cacao powder
3/4 - 1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk (adjust to achieve desired thickness)
about 4 drops liquid Stevia (I drop it into the almond milk before adding to blender cup)
Into blender and grind it up until smooth.
