Opiods cause constipation in most people...btdt, toss-up between the back pain and the abdomen pain.

I just checked - dutched cocoa (the kind that tastes good) also has magnesium, I was hoping it might have less, so easier for you to take.

Thanks, lj! I avoided the magnesium when I had threatening attacks of diarrhea... then I woke up one morning and found myself in an alternate universe ---> with constipation. I think that I did something to flavor my present cacao powder - I can't remember. 🤦
