Canada has run off the rails - or is in a death grip by determined globalists. Carney is not a Canadian, never served in public office - was a banking magnate in Europe... yet he speaks of 'our Canada' which he knows little about.

We accepted a foreigner, Barack Obama, as our president - and look what it nearly cost us. Perhaps this is the globalist ploy, to impose foreign leadership on countries until they yield any interest in 'national sovereignty'.

The withdrawal of the invitation to Carney to join the Board of Peace is a very public humiliation for Canada and has a couple of my neighbours fuming. I don’t mind it at all since it puts our stupid leader in his proper place.

An elderly neighbour (a fit 80 year old man) was helping me shovel the 12 inches of snow we got yesterday and was babbling about global warming causing the extremely low temperatures Niagara region has been having, as well as all the snow we just got. I ignored all of that but then, unprovoked, he declared how much he hated PDJT and wished someone would take him out. I stopped shovelling, got closer to him and advised my neighbour that that was an evil and unwise thing to say, adding that sometimes the universe spits back at you what you wish for others. He was taken aback but continued to help me shovel, though I really wanted him to just go back home. Respect for my elders stopped me from bopping him on the head with my shovel, though I did call him a dumbass in my mind.

We finished with me thanking him for being a good neighbour and helping me, and reminding him that I really do like to shovel snow (a.k.a. please don’t help me again). As he was walking away I said, “You’ve always been a great neighbour, Bob, but a lot of what you think you know just isn’t so.” He looked surprised but didn’t say anything. I’m not sure I’ll see Bob on my property again any time soon.
