I don’t think there is a danger of ventilation. I don’t think he was on a ventilator. Supposedly he was moved today from ICU to a regular room. Supposedly the Covid test came back negative.
Of course, S.O. could be telling me all of this to shut me up.
I think they think this was regular old aspiration pneumonia that became a bacterial infection.
I just hope he gets out of the hospital soon before he picks up some sort of bug there or some stupid nurse mistakes him for a patient who needs insulin.
I think I read somewhere that all of these bonus payments for Covid patients and Covid treatment stopped a few months ago.
