That’s a buffet which is an optional dining experience.
My preference has always been the dining room if at all possible.
We did all our cruising in the early 2000s before people began behaving like feral animals while onboard.
We never ended up with as much as a sniffle on any cruise.
Nowadays, even if I was offered a free cruise I’d have to really think about it and I still doubt I’d go.
The only thing ‘safe’ in that picture are the boiled eggs..............
