Used to be K Cups of Kirkland Pacific Bold. We’ve changed to using already-ground Folger’s Black Silk (darkest and strongest) in a metal gizmo to use in a Keurig.

I love K cups for convenience, but most of the good polyphenols are washed away during processing.
