The article says the US EPA's Climate Pollution Reduction Grant and the Innovation in State Government Fund helped to pay for the plan. Governor Lujan Grisham signed into law earlier this year a bill Creating the Innovation in State Government Fund for this purpose (see the link below).It nothing more than a bunch of proposed new rules and regulations that, if implemented, will cost state residents and taxpayers more with no incremental results benefiting climate change.

NM, in my youth, used to be a great place to live with great jobs and great education. Now they are rushing toward the bottom so fast due to democrat takeover that their education system is worse than Arkansas and Mississippi!
