It is absolutely the heart of this matter.
It isn't just how many other states this is happening. That seems obvious, and it is an absolute given that it happens in any blue state. Every state below in Dark Blue (total Democrat control) fraud like this is absolutely going on, and in every state that is purple, each of those states is wholly suspect. That is not to say it isn't going on in the Red States to some degree, because it likely is. (IMO, 95% is going on in the non-red states):
There is also the question of how many other spaces (transportation, food assistance, welfare benefits, social security, job assistance, education-you name it) that it is going on in.
We would be foolish to conclude this is Somali-related only.
It is likely going on with every block of immigrants of any kind who are here "legally" and aliens who are not here legally. This is not to say there are not domestic criminals doing this as well. No doubt there are. And we should deal with that.
But these people, tens of millions of them who embrace, foster, and provide the habitat for this crime, and the woke, virtue signaling cover for this fraud like this woman on the Minnesota House Committee for (laughably) "Fraud and Oversight" (these are the Democrats-the three Republicans I saw were all fighting like hell to expose this:

If it were revealed to us that the scope of all this fraud from all these agencies, programs, and government spaces in all the states across the union came to between $500 Billion to $1 Trillion taxpayer dollars a year, would any of us, ANY of us, even bat an eye????
