Before Biden’s infamous debate meltdown, Joe insisted this
was “the best Biden ever, and f-you if you don’t believe it.”
They don’t call him Morning Joke for nothing.
Both Joes are pretty confused. Neither should have had the responsibilities that they did unless they could have used them in a right fashion.
