It’s a beautiful state, outside of all the liberals.
CA is ugly brown 90%. Only beautiful parts are close to ocean or mountains. It is called golden State not because of abundance of gold, it is because the vegetation is all brown and not green. Northern California approaching Oregon border is beautiful. The so called Sacramento valley is a bug heaven. With awful climate.
At some point, I find citing the natural beauty of California to be equivalent to trying to tell Mrs. Lincoln that “My American Cousin” is a wonderful play, if only she had hung around.
I loved growing up in California. But once I started establishing my own business I left.
