They are similar.

But West Virginia is “Constitutional”.

West Virginia voted for Clinton. Both times. Same as New York.
Then we got our act together.
New York is more ‘RAT infested now than ever.
Looks like it’s time for suave, sophisticated New York to catch up with us toothless hillbillies in WV.
