I was thinking about your comment and this morning I remembered what he said in his firs term, that the most important thing he did was create the Space Force. Why is that most important? It’s ultra surveillance. So at the minimum, they can surveil any comms between bad guys, and very likely locations as well. So they terrorists/enemies would be able to elude capture.
