These Lipizzaner's were owned by Robert Templeton then head of Templeton Funds. I recall that my brother worked on Templeton Farms for a while, driving tractors and heavy equipment. It was an enormous farm.
These Horses did go no tours, a highly trained military type dressage, but I never saw them out in the fields. They were kept in a secure area not visible from the road that I traveled to get to Wisconsin and my parents home. There were other horses that I occasionally saw. It was a smooth road and a peaceful drive.
