The tips to "be less white" included: "be less arrogant, be less certain, be less defensive, be more humble, listen, believe, break with apathy," and "break with white solidarity."

Another slide tells viewers that in order to confront racism, they must understand "what it means to be white, challenging what it means to be racist."

I don't know how you missed that. Yeah, they went woke. They told their employees to "be less white", and supported Communist organization such as Black Lives Matter^TM

They also tried to redirect black lawyers away from employment with Coca-Cola by instead forcing skin pigmentation quotas on law firms working with Coca-Cola:
