Someone needs to teach me the difference between civilian targets and military members. Seems to me they are both people and could be US citizens guaranteed protection under the Constitution and our laws. If they don’t kill the military in an act of insurrection, then aren’t they killing citizens in an act of murder? Someone has to be considered dead in each instance and in our country someone has to pay. Personally, I like murder as it has a greater possibility of termination for the shooter.
