I had a lot of hope for Leo, but he’s yet to address many of the real chronic issues in the Catholic church.
He has a giant papal estate outside Rome; let them house there the immigrants who come across the Med from Africa on small boats to Italy.
Looking like a vain hope these days. Anyways as far as welcoming the foreigner I have a Ukrainian mother and son living across the hall from me and I’ve done everything I can to make them feel welcome. She’s made borscht for me. :)

Initially thought Leo was a fresh leader who would resolve VatII issues in the Church but was mistaken. The Schisms will continue struggling until Vat II is reversed.
Apparently, Pope’s with Leo’s agenda are the real problem with the Catholic Church
Why hasnt he been to Nigeria to bless Christian survivors of horrible islamist attacks.
Why hasnt he defended the Russian orthodox churches under assault by Kiev goons.
Why not to Syria and Lebanon to back the Christians under attack by islamists
Why not to Jerusalem?
His predecessor tried to do an exorcism on the entire country of Mexico.
Maybe start changing conditions via power of the Papacy that force people to flee Mexico Central and South America instead of condemning Americans being forced to support them instead of our own vulnerable citizens!
