I’ve been told that Costa Rica is very beautiful, but it seems too dangerous to visit. What if some of the dinosaurs from Isla Nublar make it to the mainland?

"Seems?" It's probably the safest country in Central America to visit (as far as that goes).

San José is a damn sight safer than Chicago, Cleveland, Compton or (most of) Huston.

For a place with a population of just 350,000, it is uncommonly cosmopolitan, even by American standards. They've got opera, symphony orchestras, and a number of world-class museums. The classically-styled National Theater looks like it might have been teleported from Milan. And there's a suspiciously large number of blue-eyed blondes there, too (not all the Nazis fled to Argentina).
