The way the pipes are, can’t wrap with heater tape. The little ‘on demand’ electric water heater is in a shallow cabinet under the window so I open the cabinet door & the little space heater is sitting just outside. This is the arrangement the previous owner had (they left the heater) & it worked well last year.

We have used a blow dryer to warm up a pipe that had frozen once when we forgot to take precautions. I held it in place for a few minutes then the water started to drip, drip, then slowly started flowing again. Of course, that’s the AFTER. If you can prevent a frozen pipe in the first place, that’s the better idea.

Well, I have solutions like that in this house. It works and its easy and you will be fine. (If you lose power that will be another thing! I hope you have a back up generator somewhere in your sheds!)
