The answer is obvious. Jesus changed the law(every jot and tittle) so we could all be Catholic and worship on Sun(god) day in violation of the Ten Commandments.

Christ came after the Order of Melchizedek .... Mary’s father came from the Tribe of Judah, and her mother came from the Tribe of Levi... The king and the priest...

Some people need to make junk up and call it holy.

Because Jesus turned over the money changers' tables and fussed at them for making the Temple a "den of robbers". Catholics agree. It's not Jerusalem that should have religious wealth; it's the Vatican.

Jesus didn't attack the money changers because of their wealth, but because of how they, and the temple priests, obtained it -- price gouging, double dipping, and creating a ruckus in a sacred space.

Jewish and Gentile pilgrims from throughout the Roman Empire came to offer sacrifices at the temple. (Gentile believers were called "God Fearers" by the Jews.)

Some waited till the last moment to buy animals to offer for sacrifice, hence the presence of animals in the Outer Court (aka the Court of the Gentiles), possibly because it was easier than bringing animals on a long trip.

Also, the temple only accepted Jewish coins, not pagan coins, hence the presence of money changers.

1. Because of the great location (near the customers) and desperation of pilgrims (waiting till the last minute), the money changers and animal sellers engaged in price gouging.

2. The temple priests rented space in the Outer Court to the money changers and animal sellers. Thus the temple priests were double dipping. Collecting rent from the money changers and animal sellers, so believers could then donate that Jewish currency and animals to the temple priests.

3. The money changers and animal sellers also created a ruckus in the Outer Court, making it difficult for Gentile "God Fearers" to worship God.

The answer is, there was no Pope. Christians don’t have a Pope, Catholics do.

Baptists, Methodists, etc are flavors of Protestant Christians, which were created out of the lapse of good doctrine in the Catholic church.

“The term Jew is used in at least two senses in Scripture: to refer to those who are ethnically Jews and to those who are religiously Jews.” I ain’t never had no problem with a Jew, although I did notice they smelt a little different than me when I travelled there.

We’re called to be Christ followers...Christians. Not catholics

It's a word. We're actually called to be Χριστιανός in Koine Greek.

But Christian -- or Catholic, or Methodist, etc. -- is all good with Jesus, so long as you follow him.

None of the Above!

Jesus Rose from the Dead,
Ascended to Heaven and
Now Sits at the Right Hand
of Father God.

There Is No Other Name In Heaven
Or on Earth by Which man can
Be Saved.

There’s a whole lot to learn about traditions, holy days and just how they read the Torah.

Modern rabbis can't help us understand Torah. They were born in the 20th and 21st century, same as us Christians.

Christ established His Church to teach us Torah. And His Church's leaders are quite capable of studying ancient languages and documents, and through the lens of the New Testament.

Now, if Moses or Isaiah or Jeremiah were to appear, yes, they might help us understand Torah. But don't confuse modern rabbis with the ancient Israelites who actually wrote the Torah (through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit).

but as we should all know, denominations put a layer between us and Christ and add unnecessary constraints that keep us distant

The answer is, there was no Pope. Christians don’t have a Pope, Catholics do.

So what? Almost all Christian denominations have leaders, by some title or other.

I once knew an ultra-fundamentalist Christian who thought that any church who has priests, minsters, or pastors was a false church.

His church had elders, like the Original and True Christians (or so he said).

Also, his church didn't use crucifixes or crosses. Both were for false churches. He wore a fish pendant, because the fish was the symbol of the Original and True Christians.

But you can't blame the existence of denominations solely on Catholics.

Every Christian belongs to some denomination or other, even if they call themselves "non-denominational."

a) I didn’t blame JUST catholics but all denominations as they all have peculiar rules, many of which are not Biblical. But, for example, catholics worship the dead, in particular, Mary, which is UNBiblical and God calls an abomination. They also confess their sins to the priest when we are to go directly to our God in Heaven for all of our needs. Priests are old testament which ended when Jesus Christ became our High Priest.

b)every Christian does NOT belong to a denomination as many of us only worship our God in Heaven through His Son Jesus Christ and use the Bible as our guide

The argument in the early days of the Church was if Gentilrs could be Christians at all, BEFORE BECOMING JEWS. Peter was the Apostle TO THE JEWS.Z

It is impossible for humans to remain sinless.

Since they are sinful from conception, no kidding.

If the Law is still valid, why do we break it every Sunday?
