Like I said importing labor should be done sparingly if at all. We needed a few Rocket Krauts to speed up the process but we’d have gotten there soon enough anyway.

“Soon enough” might’ve been as late as December 31, 1970 if you count 1971 as the beginning of the ‘70s.
