He just made himself the prime suspect if something “unfortunate” happens to the perp.

He would have been a prime suspect regardless.

As soon as Any detective of prosecutor sees that the murder victim has a criminal history, that’s what they dig in to.

What is worse about all this is, if the father of the murdered son kills the murderer, he will probably get put away for longer than 8 years, because that’s just how our justice system works these days

He would have been A prime suspect.

Now he will be THE prime suspect, even with a seemingly airtight alibi.

That could be the difference between freedom and incarceration for a crime he didn't commit.

Don't attract the wrong kind of attention ...

I wouldn’t be accepted for that jury. I wouldn’t convict.
