Astronomer Avi Loeb is desperately looking for signs of Alien Technology in this object.

My thought is that at this point there is an underlying rocky or frozen asteroid that has had 4 billion years to collect dust and ice in the void and darkness of interstellar space where there might be one hydrogen or helium atom in 10 square meters! (Think Dust or individual hydrogen molecules accumulating on its leading surface striking and sticking like bugs on car windshields!) In passing by the sun it has warmed up (relatively speaking) its surface and that and solar wind is slowly disassembling and doing visually strange things with the objects and material that it has mechanically or gravitationally collected from the void! Still quite a story!

Lets see what happens in December! If it suddenly turns and starts to circle the sun then it would become interesting! (Yes, Posting in Festival!)
