America needs more people like this lady. Let's welcome them.
Seems you already have.
I can’t believe so many fall for it lock, stock, and barrel... Thank you for posting this. They are literally coming out of the woodwork and lining up to get their name put on the list of guilty.
“Me too! Me Too!”
It is like asking a batch of kids “Who had their hands in the cookie jar?”, and half of them immediately yell “not me!, it wasn’t me!”.
I don’t think it’s the majority; but the racists here are very loud and from the outside, they make the site appear racist.
They seem to compete every day to be the first to post the juvenile ‘Boo Boo/Yogi’ stuff. It’s very hard to see that repeatedly here, and not view it as evidence of racist mentality. (I’ve often wondered if some of them are disrupters who are deliberately trying to make FR look bad.)
Nope, that is where you are wrong. I call it out no matter where I see it period. Absolutely period...
You still have it in your ignorant head that if I am NOT racist then I am a liberal.
The left has decided that all whites are White Supremacists, this is absolutely wrong and dishonest too.
I have and will fight this same stereotyping just as much as I am fighting against it here...
And I could win that fight against their stupid ignorant stereotyping if folks like you would stop setting examples that proving me wrong..
Evan blacks recognize that there is way too much crime and violence within their own ranks. It is not racist to notice that. In fact, those who would ignore that are doing a disservice to these blacks because they are not addressing how we got here. Which black guy was it who said when he hears somebody following him at night he’s relieved if he finds out it’s a white person? He was just admitting that there is a lot of violence by blacks. It’s not racist to notice; it’s just a fact of our life right now.
In the midst of the George Floyd riots, Candace Owens was debating with a liberal black man in a forum of just blacks, led by a man they apparently all respected. When she started to speak they all started yelling to talk her down but the leader said, “Let the sister talk!” So she started talking about the realities within the black community that are NOT the fault of the “racist system”. She said we’ve got kids getting into gangs, violence, and drugs because there’s no dad at home, not because the system is racist. You could have heard a pin drop. And then they all started nodding their heads and saying, “yes”.
When Bill Cosby did the same, the white liberal media shouted him down. But I wonder how many blacks were nodding their heads - and noticing that the white powerful people were awful quick to stop a black man from speaking to his own community in a way that urged blacks to stop thinking like slaves.
I’ve seen information that leads me to believe that rap music companies have their aspiring artists raped so they can be blackmailed, and that those companies have invested themselves in private-run prisons which have to keep jails full, so these companies force their artists to perform music that glorifies violence and crime. It’s social manipulation in the worst way, and because it is “racist” if anybody mentions the wanton degeneracy within the music it keeps happening. And the jails are kept full. The artists are slaves and those who listen to it are too. But it is considered racist if a white person says anything against a “culture” that acts and speaks more like animals than human beings.
Is that racist, for me to say that? If we truly love black and brown people do we have to pretend that it’s OK for them to act sub-human? (And the same thing now applies to the leftists who are exposing their real inner thoughts in response to the Charlie Kirk assassination. They are acting sub-human.) Or do we try to help them see that the “culture” they have is largely manipulated? If we can point out mental illness in leftists who celebrate Charlie’s death, why can’t we point out mental illness in songs that celebrate blacks killing other blacks? Isn’t it racist to do an intervention for white liberals but not for black liberals?
There’s a cartoon that was created by a black guy, “Boondocks” I think is the name of it. As a black guy he can say stuff that others can’t. He pokes fun at all races including blacks. It’s thought-provoking. But my understanding is that blacks don’t like his work because it is so candid. From what I’ve seen of it, it would be a great spring-board to talk about stuff. It has helped me to understand some of the perspectives that some black people have, and why.
Pointing out “the Amish” could be a way to gloat or despise a race. But it could also be a way to say that there is a problem that needs fixing/healing. But though you can lead a horse to water, you can’t make it drink. Until blacks have had enough of what this “culture” has become, there is nothing anybody else can actually do about it. And that leads to people making cynical comments or acting like they don’t care because their frustrated hands are tied.
“ FR is struggling because of the hostile environment it has created.”
Absolutely, 100% spot-on.
Respectful, discussion and debate of the news of the day has devolved here, over the years. I keep hoping it will turn around somehow, before it becomes unbearable.
“I’ve often wondered if some of them are disrupters who are deliberately trying to make FR look bad.”
Now here is the very important perspective about this. Only the FR as a community can make itself look bad by allowing it and not denouncing it. It reflects on everyone here and if they support it and reward it so then it is all on themselves...
What you fail to see is your capitulation to the Left in the language war. Here is yet another example. You didn't begin white with a capital W....but you do for black.
The left has decided that all whites are White Supremacists, this is absolutely wrong and dishonest too.
That's a very strong statement to make about this website and the people who post here. Yes, people here post about crime and violence and a lot of it is committed by minorities. The media won't report it so it gets posted here.
Just avoid those threads rather than calling this a racist website. Name calling won't solve your problem.
Right back to 4th grade again. This is obviously way over your head.
Of course they are. And we do well to realize that.
The solution is - first of all - for the nation to repent and let the Lord forgive and heal us.
Second after that is that we need to finally get to the bottom of what the core issues are. And I think rlmorel stated it well - that we have a sub-culture within the black community that is committing a large, large chunk of the violent crime in this country. (There is also the same kind of sub-culture within the illegal immigrant community.) That sub-culture is obviously broken, sick. We need to stop ignoring that and actually fix it. No excuses, just real causes and answers to the root causes.
Bro, you're so far behind in this argument you don't even know where the ballpark is.
You keep talking about your intelligence. And keep implying that everybody else is brainwashed.
Do you want us to clap for you, or something? Bow down?
We don’t need pissing contests. This isn’t about intelligence. There are real issues, and intelligent people would be discussing the issues, not their own IQ.
There is a reason that carp taste like the bottom of the pond.
I think posting the Jane Goodall meme is a lot more than just condemning crime and violence. To fail to see the racist subtext in that is just a willful refusal to see it.
“That’s a very strong statement to make about this website and the people who post here.”
Yes it is... And it is absolutely true by daily example no matter how anyone tries to spin it and deflect from the reality.
The problem with your perspective is that there are years and years of archives that cannot be hidden or excused away. It is all very well documented...
Somebody called me out on capitalizing the word “black”. I had never even thoughts about it; I was just trying not to offend anybody. Turns out you’re darned if you do and darned if you don’t. No matter what you type, somebody is going to be offended.
It’s nothing that Chris Rock didn’t say in his “Black People Vs. N’s” routine. And note the audience was mostly black and they were 100% on board with everything he said.
My old Granny always said, ‘Show me your company and I’ll tell you who you are’. Some of us have made a point of calling out racist remarks here precisely because we don’t want to be seen publicly as sharing them.
