Popular conservative creator Matt Walsh called for Attorney General Pam Bondi to be fired immediately after she said businesses must allow fans of Charlie Kirk to print posters in honor of the slain Turning Point USA founder.
Walsh said that comment, to go along with Bondi’s recent statement on targeting “hate speech” against Kirk, as well as her handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case, make it clear President Donald Trump needs to fire her.
“Get rid of her. Today. This is insane,” Walsh posted on X on Tuesday, in response to a clip of Bondi talking about companies not being able to “discriminate” against Kirk’s fans.
He continued: “Conservatives have fought for decades for the right to refuse service to anyone. We won that fight. Now Pam Bondi wants to roll it all back for no reason. The employee who didn’t print the flyer was already fired by his employer. This stuff is being handled successfully through free speech and free markets. This is totally gratuitous and pointless. We need the AG focused on bringing down the left wing terror cells, not prosecuting Office Depot for God’s sake.”
Walsh is referring to Office Depot recently firing an employee who refused to print posters honoring Kirk.
The Daily Wire star’s X post above came less than thirty minutes after he said Bondi has been a train wreck when it comes to key issues.
“Between this ‘hate speech nonsense and Epstein, Pam Bondi has committed two of the most egregious errors we’ve ever seen from an Attorney General,” Walsh posted. “How many seismic fuck ups will Trump permit her before he cuts her loose? Is this a ten strikes and you’re out deal or what?”
That comment follows Bondi saying criticism of Kirk after his murder last week in Utah costitutes “hate speech,” and is not protected by the First Amendment.
“There’s free speech and then there’s hate speech, and there is no place, especially now, especially after what happened to Charlie, [for it] in our society,” Bondi said in an interview with former White House official Katie Miller.
Bondi added: “We will absolutely target you, go after you if you are targeting anyone with hate speech, anything, and that’s across the aisle.”
The AG’s comments on hate speech were mocked by both right and left wingers. Fox News senior political analyst Brit Hume, for example, said Bondi “should know” whatever someone deems hate speech is protected by the Constitution, no matter how vile it is.
Walsh, meanwhile, has said he is happy to see the “barbarians” who have cheered the killing of Kirk being fired. “Leftists Are Getting Fired Right and Left for Celebrating Charlie Kirk’s Death. Good,” one video posted on his YouTube account, which has 3.3 million subscribers, was titled on Tuesday.

That's true, but Bondi unfortunately did not limit her comments yesterday to incitement to violence. She just referred broadly to "hate speech". That was just...bad on her part.
She would have had a good point if she had said that speech that incites violence is and never has been a protected form of speech.
It’s very sad that it takes thousands of patriots, half of whom probably don’t have college degrees, to school a high-flootin’ Stetson lawyer on the Constitution.
She holds one of the highest positions in America. Her position is law and JUSTICE. And she doesn’t know the LAW!
I would go with number 3. And we have a bumper crop of those bastards.
The only way to fight evil is to fight fire with more fire.
For the next 2 weeks, all I heard was, Well I would have done this, or I would have done that...
That's fine, except you weren't there.
That is an excruciatingly weak attack.
Sadly, I’m a Miami Dol-fan, yet I don’t need to be a gridiron genius to make the determination that Mike McDaniel has failed as a coach.
Then why do you think freedom of religion is specifically mentioned separately as part of the First Amendment?
“There is no free speech right to incitement to violence and terroristic theat. The is no such thing as consequence free speech,”
You’re proposing that there is an objective measure as to what constitutes “incitement to violence” or a “terroristic threat.”
Would me saying, “The radical Left must be extinguished wherever it raises its ugly head” constitute an incitement to violence? How about, “Chuck Schumer presents an existential threat to America and must be stopped”? Is that a terroristic threat?
I was responding to this:
“One can think one is bad at a job without one thinking one would would be better at said job.”
Especially when one has no idea what that particular job entails. Arm-chair Generals suck.

I’m unsure what my post has to do with freedom of religion.
I don't support the proverbial lunch counter - that was racial and 'racial' isn't a choice. Three cheers for SNCC on that one. But kink is a choice and objecting to kink is a freedom.
Now, please get off of your last fat ass, and back up your assertion that she is doing a great job.
You forgot to ping the poster that Code Toad was replying to.
You're right. I had you confused with some other idiot. Sorry.
Bondi effectively reaffirms dumb blonde jokes (is she a real blonde?)
Effective at not prosecuting the left and shielding elitist pedophiles. She’s in way over her head.
I suspect Mr. Walsh (and Miami Rebel) does not like Pam Bondi and will twist most anything into a reason to fire her. Or Patel. Or...pick another name.
Pay little attention to Walsh or Rebel or their MSM compatriots. Trump will make a change if he deems it necessary.
AH yes, do not listen to coherent logic from a grown man who gushes with common sense. Head back to DU and post.
If you ask me for my opinion, I’ll answer... she’s the best thing there’s been in that office for several decades.
Here is how our system works. Prosecutors investigates and prosecute. Judges rule. Other Judges review appeals. Sometimes the review goes all the way to the Supreme Court.
This is the problem for both the right and the left. You all think because you feel something it is the law. No until you actually get some Courts to to back you up, it just your feelings about what should be the law.
The click bait artist screaming in hysteria every day on social media are just PR whores making sure the donor John’s checks keep coming. They got to be raging every day to make sure the audience does not get bored and wander off to watch something else
Suspect what you will, but here’s what Charlei Kirk posted last year:
Hate speech does not exist legally in America. There’s ugly speech. There’s gross speech. There’s evil speech.
And ALL of it is protected by the First Amendment.
Keep America Free.
