I didn't take Ivermectin and the other supplements until after I was having fairly severe symptoms. I used the horse paste variety and took about half the recommended dosage for my weight. Others had told me that the dosage per KG of body weight that I took had worked well for them.

IVM works when the level in blood is greater than 60 nanograms per liter of blood. Thats why dosage is important. That level must be maintained for 3 to 5 days, depending on how soon after infection you begin.
