Hmm. The context in which that was posted leads me to wonder if Q meant 4-6% of liberal Dems are lost forever to the Dem party after revelations?
Maybe black voters?
At the time, I believed Q was saying that 4-6% of the population would remain democrats no matter what was revealed about their party and their leaders. That number actually seems too low to me. I think about 20% of their constituents will remain forever lost to common sense and their own best interests. Hard to say for certain what Q meant, so you could be right.
