Not clear - Did he crash into the rear end of the death car, or strike it broad side as it turned?
Was he braking before the crash?
Kids were ejected from the back seat.
Was the four year old in a safety seat?
Was the ten year old wearing a seat belt?
Was the fatally injured 78 year old driver wearing a seat belt?
Since the Black male is charged with murder, those questions seem obvious.
