Does not matter how she raised him. Lots of parents have parenting styles we don’t agree with but their kids don’t grow up and go out and shoot up a school when they become adults.

But if she knew or suspected he would do something dangerous, and didn’t warn anyone, then she could be a conspirator or similar.
Why do you care about where the DAD is if you don’t care where the MOTHER is?
