Boy, this guy lives a sheltered life and needs to see my neighborhood - and it has nothing to do with 'Black' or 'White'. MANY fail to put carts where they belong. The White locals are just as slobby as any other color.

Re: 6 - one of our research areas is in a rural area that is overwhelmingly white based on census data. You should see the trash tossed out of cars along the roadway.

Hint - it's almost always drivers that are white based on my observations - and I have seen many drivers do it.

One doofus tossed out a couple of beer cans - and a nearby deputy sheriff saw him do it - that was good for a $250 fine.
