I have a devout Christian friend who does not lie, who claims to have seen a Bigfoot in the woods of northeast Oklahoma.
Believe me, I have met 3 people, from different parts of the US, who told me their individual story of a “Bigfoot” or “Sasquatch” encounter that made my skin crawl.
They definitely believed what they were saying.
He believes he saw something. That doesn’t mean he’s a liar, but he could be mistaken.
The odds of a large mammal, a new species being unknown to science in 2025 North America are vanishingly small. Maybe in 1805, not now.
I thought I saw a cougar once on my property in the mountains of Virginia. This cat was nearly the size of a boxer carrying a rabbit in its mouth. As it turned uphill I finally saw the cropped tail and realized it was a massive bobcat. Yeah. Looks can be deceiving.
