Black boat owners are rare, especially in Florida. Boats + alky hall +/- prized fishing spots + hot babes +/- who goes first at the boat ramp - pigment = drunken brawls
It really is that simple.
And yes…Q: why aren’t there more black boat owners. A: You can’t buy one with government assistance.
