This is BS. I have lived in the South my whole life so far. While there are rural areas that don’t have great hospitals, there are good accessible regional hospitals. Atlanta/Fulton/DeKalb Counties are the epicenter of HIV infections. It is also a radically leftist region, skewing the stats for the entire state.

Remove DeKalb and Fulton, and Georgia is just fine.
