My insurance company won’t allow me to own a Pit Bull, a Big Cat, a poisonous or large snake, or a pot bellied pig.
I don’t know about a gun.....................
LOL!
Won’t allow you to own or not cover incidents involving?
Also, not allowed to own or not allowed to house within the structure.
Very different requirements. I cannot see how insurance can stop you legally from owning any of those animals as long as they are not residing in the covered structure.
They’d be cool with crocodilians?
When you say, “big cat,” you mean a cat from another species besides “house cat,” right? Because I’ve got a pair of 19-pound kitties who aren’t even fat. (6 on the vet’s 1-10 Chonk scale.)
Pot belly pigs are cute little pigs that grow into regular pigs. I know a guy who had one and it was huge. He gave it away to someone who promised to take good care of it and later when he asked them how it was doing they said it died. I’m sure it did. Just not of natural causes or neglect. Can you say bacon kids?
I could see the potential problems there...

A European wild boar is ok:?
How do they define “Pit Bull?” I have a dog who’s half American Bull Dog, a quarter American Staffordshire Terrier, a bit GSD, an he rest is indeterminable. Some jurisdictions include American Bull Doogs and ASTs in the definition and others don’t.
