The martial law and general mobilization expires every 90 days and has to be renewed. So every 90 days his thug regime votes for an extension and every 90 days the midget signs it.
He’s already signed 15 extensions and come August 6th, he will sign the 16th extension to stay in his corrupt power position and to avoid elections.
