Idiots who file without reading the NOTAMS. An arrest made publicly at the destination followed by enforcement back at the airports of origin would fix this. Shootdown might be too much but it would be graphic.

Yeah, shootdown might normally be a bit harsh. But a few hard hits are going to have to be dished out to settle down the dumbass class. Take your pick: subway dunderheads, car crowd crashers, Crowd shooters, tranny trouble makers, and even fake girls in the dressing room.
I’ve done at least my share of attitude adjustments over the decades. Can’t be every place and sometimes there’s a little paperwork involved but the hits have to be made. Keeps my ‘hood quiet, anyway.
Make the arrest a very grand public gesture, too.
