Two of these are in my regular soil with some amendments, and two are in large planters with organic potting mix. I try a variety of things when I’m new to it, to see if anything works. I have fertilized twice, about 10 days apart. There’s been plenty of rain, but with a little time to dry somewhat in between.

I found a Chinese 5 Color pepper at a high school plant fund raiser and figured I'd try it on a lark.

I planted my peppers in the asparagus bed as they're supposed to be good companion plants.

That 5 Color pepper is way outgrowing the others. It's doing great.
