But of course Putin would still be allowed to receive military aid from his b*tt-buddy, Kim Jong Un, right? As well as from Xi and the mad mullahs of Iran?

Again there is no incentive or need for Russia to sign a 30 day Cease fire from their point of view
(I hope I’m proven wrong and Russia announces they agree to it right after I post this )
