I wonder if the power brokers pulling the strings of our permanent government in 2020 ever considered the distortions they were creating in our society by performing a historical thought experiment? Imagine it's 1936, and Republicans decide to enlist J Edgar Hoover in an anti-FDR cabal. Suppose these Republicans decide to amp up a public hysteria over the then regular summertime polio outbreaks. It would be difficult to dismiss the possibility that a discredited FDR is either not re-elected or would be too weak to engage the country into entering WW2.

After the two shots my wife and I became ill. She died of pancreatic cancer, and I have been sickened by a myriad of problems. I haven’t left this county in four years.
I believe the entire ugly episode was a planned political scheme.

I’m so sorry to hear about your wife. That’s a tough disease to overcome....My husband passed away 3 years ago last month. Those are tough losses.
Neither of us had the Covid shot...and of course, both (COPD) took grief from our Pulmonologist about it...now mine is down to giving me grief about the RSV shot. I do think he doesn’t think I’ll make it to the next yearly appointment. Leaves the examination room shaking his head!
Most of us went into that period having doubts about the honesty of anyone in government. We came out of it SURE no one could be believed or trusted...
Unfortunately, many of those with whom I argued with during the height of the madness have now paid with severe consequences. And many who were coerced by the actions of politicians and government entities into doing the same are also paying the price.
My next-door neighbors began shouting and calling me names at me during a conversation claiming that hundreds of thousands of “unvaccinated children” were dying in the US alone from Covid. This was an exageration of comments from Justice Sotomayor during oral arguments in an important case saying, “We have hospitals that are almost at full capacity with people severely ill on ventilators. We have over 100,000 children, which we've never had before, in serious condition, many on ventilators,”
Sotomayor was called on this false statement, but many people such as my neighbors actually expanded on the disinformation. Now they have both come down with life threatening cancers which of course they do not attribute to the Covid “vaccines” and “boosters”. They have both been spendthrifts for their entire lives but lately they have been going on one expensive cruise after another. To me this just seems sad.
The Novavax covid shot was constructed from tree bark and moth parts. Is that one a vaccine, or is it “not a vaccine” like mRNA?
And what can you do about the viral mRNA in the virus itself? Is that a problem too, or is it safe?

So the “Old” definition vaccines are just the various whole virus vaccines.
The “New” definition vaccines can be Protein subunit. Recombinant. Conjugate. Viral Vector. mRNA. Those vaccines include Influenza B, Shingles, Pneumonia, Hepatitis B, and Covid vaccines.
The new ones produce immune response with just pieces of antigen rather than the entire virus. So there’s zero chance of infection, which sometimes has occurred with whole virus vaccination. So why exactly is the old vaccine technology better.

Oh I was doing that years before covid came around. It helps to have known a good deal about vaccines before everyone here decided to become an amateur expert after reading nonsense online. And I always enjoy pointing out that Trump still endorses the vaccines. He’s not stupid or ill informed.

Lots of serious side effects from that mRNA injection that was anything but a vaccine so they changed the definition as stated and provided the proof. It’s done more damage than good and continues to do so. It’s killing people whether you believe it or not. Kids definitely didn’t and don’t need it and natural immunity was more effective and herd immunity would have had more effect than wearing mask which never worked but I’m sure you wore several and the 6’ rule was beyond stupid .COVID was no more of a problem than the flu which magically disappeared completely during the scam.
