I will do emails, because that is 20th century tech. I had an interesting thing happen at my last job though. I was the finance officer for a private college. One day I was talking to someone in admissions who said he had emailed me about an issue. I said I didn’t have an email. In fact, I didn’t a computer in my office. He didn’t understand, because everyone received one with the new computer system. Well, I asked my receptionist if she could find one for me. Well, she did and found 186 unanswered emails. I told her to delete everything, and each morning print me out a copy of whatever was new. I would then call or had write a reply at the bottom of what she had printed out for her to send.
Excellent! Very good. Force the rejection of it and noncompliance is the only way we are going to win this battle.
