President Trump is holding up a real picture of Garcia’s knuckles that have the symbols for MS-13 tattooed on them.
The photo itself is not photoshopped, but the M,S,1, and 3 were added in to translate the symbol on the corresponding knuckle, as most people would not be able to interpret the gang symbols.
Funny how all of the Left’s tattoo experts on Hegseth’s tattoos are strangely silent about Garcia’s tattoos.

That is what I meant. Those were photo shopped in. Unless do you mean someone on his staff actually wrote them in on the picture he was holding?
