Correct.
There were also three witnesses that saw Oswald talking to one employee and getting change for a dollar from her at the exact moments the shots were fired.
They were inside the building and then stayed inside the building and looked out the window to see what was happening outside.

I’ve always believed he WAS a patsy, exactly as he said.
It’s probably the best whodunit ever, but at this point it doesn’t matter. Anyone who’s guilty is long gone.
