The audio is very disturbing; I had to turn it off while preparing this thread. The man's protests become the screams of a person who knows he's being sent to his death.
I first heard about men and boys being grabbed off the street in fall of 2023; a FReeper said she was disturbed by a video showing the forced conscription of a teen-aged boy and a disabled retired man. I read that crews in bomb shelters grabbed men seeking shelter during bombings, and one conscription team ordered pizza delivery and then conscripted the man who delivered it. I've watched other videos wherein wives/girlfriends attack those stealing the man from the street and some are successful. It takes a village...?
But I've been reading Ukrainian reports of shortages of ammo, and watching public videos of people forcibly conscripted, for almost 2 years now, so these promises to win if only given more money ring hollow. The head of the Ukrainian military was interviewed in The Economist, and he said he knew what he needed to win, and he knew NATO partners could not give it to him.
Zelensky launched the Kursk incursion to reverse Putin's interest and efforts in negotiating peace, in addition to support-the-narrative optics. But Zelensky's front lines had gaps and his exhausted men there didn't have enough ammo to begin with. So to equip the Kursk incursion, Zelensky took weapons, transports and ammunition from his failing front lines. The Russians continue to advance, increasingly finding outlying areas which offer no resistance.
None of Zelensky's drama and protestations are really about winning - it's about prolonging the war and deterring peace long enough to get the US involved, and of course, sweet sweet financial fraud.
When Potato (Biden) was in office our enemies had some control over the US and they wanted to cap it off by using the US military might (nukes?) to force regime change in Russia. WIth puppets in stalled in Russia and AMerica, the Deep State WEF/UN/EU/SOROS ETC. elites planned to take freedom from the world. The loss of this war devastates all of the New World Order plans so they aren't giving up. They will kill everyone they need to kill to get what they want - so Zelensky just launched another move on Russian territory, even though Russia continues to advance and the Ukraine can't support it's ragged front lines.
The EU couldn't get money together to replace money initially promised by Biden and withdrawn by Trump. The EU gave old hardware to Ukraine and let their own defenses lapse in key areas. But now Ukraine's advocates are saying the the EU will arm itself AND the Ukraine quickly. A CFR report said that it would take several years to build adequate air defense in Ukraine, but now the promises are flowing.
The US State Department and CIA helped overthrow the Ukraine in 2014. Russia annexed border regions in response. NATO built an army and fortifications in Ukraine and when ready, announced that Ukraine would be accepted into NATO, an international known red line known for decades.
Now that Trump is negotiating peace, NATO/Zelensky are sabotaging efforts with NATO members stating they will put troops in Ukraine and Zelensky launching another attack on Russian territory. This, while the Ukraine's defenses are falling and they are conscripting their own MIG pilots and maintenance crew.
The goal remains to get the US directly in conflict with Russia in Ukraine - boots on the ground. That was and still is the crux of Zelensky's 'victory plan' he introduced last year. The UN offered to put 'peace keeping' troops in Ukraine, and other EU nations offered troops, but Zelensky declined them all, because he 'needs' to get the US into Ukraine in order to start WWIII. Ukraine has become Deep State headquarters and they will continue throwing men and machines into it as long as they can.

Zelensky is leading from behind. There is no way he would lead his troops from the front line.
If they don’t get Putin to sign something by May 9, (Russian Victory Day) he’ll probably just keep taking land. Unfortunately, he’s taking it faster and with less losses now.

You do know Ukraine’s draft age is HIGH and we asked them to draft the younger men. Like Russia does.
You also know that every country at war, including the United States, conscripts men into the armed forces. Especially during our Civil War, WW2 and even Vietnam.

Perhaps it is because I was in the US military, I have a different mind set.
The first person I’d shoot is the one standing behind me trying to force me into a fight that I believe to be futile.

Which part of the video identified the men as Ukrainians? The men in uniform could have been Russians in Russia, or Russians in LNR/DNR.
No evidence that this is the military for real . It could be staged by Russians.
Rusia is not taking land. The Russian Navy has been run out of Crimea. Ukraine is still in Kursk to some degree and also in Belgorod now. Russia can’t be winning if they are buying North Koreans. Russia is loosing over 1,000 soldier a day off the battlefield. Ukraine is attacking Oil refineries every day.
If Russia is so great, what after 3 years haven’t they taken all of Ukraine? Don’t give me this give them time they will do it. NATO would go all the way to the Pacific if Russia starts something with them.
This is heartbreaking. And Zelensky wants it to continue indefinitely.
And there are people here on FR who are OK with that.
Zelenskyy needs to be eliminated, and I don’t care who does it.
