I never knew that New York, Minnesota and Michigan get their electricity from Canada..this is the problem that we are reliant on EVERYONE else for their stuff, this has to end

Michigan is 0.5% of electricity from Canada, and the power sharing goes both ways across the border.

BTW. The reference Michigan. Thats lower Michigan. The UP of Michigan is OK as far as electricity goes.

But, if Wisconsin and the UP have to send power on the grid to support MN. Watch out.

Also, the Columbia river system. That treaty signed ages ago to fund Dams up in BC for flood control has to be renegotiated. We are still subsidizing Canadian electric through that treaty.

Thats why we dont hear a whole lot out of BC.
